Welcome to the website of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. We are the regulator for the Curaçao land-based casino industry and the licensing authority for all lotteries, charity bingo and charity bon ku ne. In addition to this, we have recently been appointed the supervisor for the Curaçao gaming industry for compliance with legislation and regulation regarding anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT).

The Gaming Control Board strives to protect the interest of the public and the integrity and stability of the Curaçao gaming industry, by ensuring that all gaming is conducted honestly, responsibly, competitively and free from criminal and corruptive elements, thereby elevating the Curaçao gaming industry.

Commissioner Sizemore is a former Mayor Pro Tempore and member of the Covington City Council, and Legislative Liaison for the Washington State Council of Fire Fighters. He is a retired fire fighter from the Kent Fire Department Regional Fire Authority.

Commissioner Levy is an attorney who practices business law, estate planning and real estate law. She completed her undergraduate work at Washington State University in 2003 and graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010. Commissioner Levy gained experience working in larger law firms in the region before starting her own firm in Spokane in 2015.

Lauren King, Commissioner

Commissioner King is originally from Oklahoma and is a citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. She is a partner in the law firm Foster Garvey PC, where she chairs the Native American law practice group. She earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as editor in chief of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. Commissioner King earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Washington. She also teaches Federal Indian Law as an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law.
